Event Manager

- Knowledge of event logistics and operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Event Management / Hospitality / Business
- 3–5 years experience in event management
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and event tools
Event Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Event Manager in planning and execution
- Coordinate vendors, venues, and logistics
- Prepare event kits, team schedules, and timelines
- Assist during on-ground execution and client servicing
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Graduate (any stream); Event Management preferred
- 1–3 years of event coordination experience
- Basic computer and Excel skills
Project Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple events and project timelines
- Supervise teams, department heads, and resources
- Maintain budgets and ensure successful delivery
- Provide strategic direction and handle escalations
Required Skills:
- Leadership, delegation, and team supervision
- Strong planning, budgeting, and presentation skills
- High-level decision-making and accountability
Qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s preferred
- 5+ years in senior event/project roles
- Advanced Excel and project management knowledge
Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage event setups, logistics, and technical teams
- Coordinate with decorators, vendors, AV and fabrication
- Supervise installations and safety compliance
- Inspect venues and ensure technical readiness
Required Skills:
- Technical and operational knowledge of event production
- Vendor management and negotiation
- Strong attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Graduate (any stream); technical diploma a plus
- 3–5 years in event production/logistics roles
- Familiar with layouts and event drawings
Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in logistics, transport, and vendor follow-up
- Track inventory and support on-ground activities
- Handle dispatch, material movement, and setup readiness
- Maintain reports on materials and team schedules
Required Skills:
- Good communication and multitasking
- Team coordination and operational understanding
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
Qualifications:
- Graduate or final-year student (any stream)
- 0–2 years experience in field operations/logistics
- Basic knowledge of event workflows
