Talent Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with performers, artists, and agencies for bookings and coordination
  • Manage travel, hospitality, and event-day schedules for talent
  • Ensure all talent receives required event briefs, call sheets, and payments
  • Assist in maintaining a database of talent contacts and profiles

Required Skills:

  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic understanding of contracts and negotiation
  • Time and logistics management

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Event Management, Mass Communication, or related field
  • 0–2 years experience in event or artist coordination

Artist Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent high-profile or celebrity artists from contract to stage
  • Negotiate fees, travel arrangements, and deliverables
  • Build long-term relationships with talent and agencies
  • Ensure artists have a smooth and professional experience during events

Required Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and people skills
  • Ability to work with high-pressure schedules
  • Understanding of artist demands and entertainment protocols
  • Problem-solving mindset and discretion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Media, or related fields
  • 2–5 years of experience in artist or talent management

Stage Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all stage activities during rehearsals and live events
  • Coordinate with performers, anchors, and AV teams for smooth transitions
  • Manage stage cues, scripts, and backstage logistics
  • Ensure all technical and performance timelines are followed

Required Skills:

  • Leadership, multitasking, and real-time problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication and calm under pressure
  • Stage and sound familiarity
  • Ability to adapt quickly during live shows

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or diploma in Theatre, Event Management, or Performing Arts
  • 1–4 years of experience in stage coordination

Emcee/Host Booker

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scout and hire emcees/hosts for events based on type and audience
  • Brief hosts on event flow, audience engagement, and expectations
  • Negotiate fees and manage scheduling and availability
  • Maintain a strong database of professional hosts, emcees, and anchors

Required Skills:

  • Talent scouting and evaluation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation sense
  • Networking and negotiation abilities
  • Attention to tone, language, and audience relevance

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Communication, Public Relations, or Event Management
  • 1–3 years experience working with MCs or performing talent
